Hi, I’m Ellen Fagan, Owner of Steam Clean My Carpets, LLC. Many years ago I was searching for the best carpet cleaning machine on the market and found the Rotovac. Over the years it has even been improved and I believe it is the best. The way it cleans is revolutionary in that it has a rotary head that spins several hundred times a minute cleaning carpet fibers in many directions all at once. I keep hearing the word “Wow” from clients as many have stated how it got out stains that others tried unsuccessfully to get out with the wand. Even to this day, I am surprised at some of the stains that have come out. However, I must say that it can’t produce miracles on a permanent stain.
